These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website schianostudios.com, the free website mockup program, our text message (SMS) program, and any advertisements, landing pages, or forms run by Schiano Studios ("Schiano Studios," "we," "us"). By using our website, submitting a form, clicking one of our ads, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at schianostudios.com/privacy-policy.

1. Who we are

2. SMS Terms
Program name: Schiano Studios Mockup Texts.
Program description: When you request a free website mockup and agree to receive text messages, Schiano Studios will text you a link to your mockup, reply to your questions about it or about our services, and may send a link to book a call. Messages are conversational and sent by a person or on a person's behalf.

Opt-in: You opt in by submitting the mockup request form at schianostudios.com/free-mockup and checking the consent box, or by scanning a QR code on our printed material that leads to that form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most people receive a small number of messages related to their request.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Schiano Studios. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You can also opt out by emailing ms@schianostudios.com.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact ms@schianostudios.com or 917-886-6324.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Privacy: Your mobile number and your text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

3. Free website mockup offer
The free mockup is a one-page design concept created for your business at no cost and with no obligation. It is offered to help you see what a new website could look like. It is not a working website, not a commitment by either of us to a project, and not a guarantee of any result. We may decline or discontinue the offer at any time. If you later hire us, the project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

4. Advertising and lead forms
We advertise on platforms including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Information you submit through an ad, a landing page, or a lead form is used to respond to your request and to contact you about our services by the methods you agreed to. Each platform has its own terms and privacy policy that govern your use of that platform; we do not control them. Where a platform lets you submit a lead form with prefilled information, submitting it means you agree to be contacted by us as described in that form. We follow each platform's advertising policies and applicable consumer protection laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and New York law.

5. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, or use it to send spam. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

6. Intellectual property
Our website, designs, code, text, and mockups are owned by Schiano Studios or licensed to us. A free mockup is provided for your review. If you do not hire us, you may keep the mockup for reference but may not resell it or claim it as your own work. Your business name, logo, photos, and reviews remain yours; you give us permission to use them only to build and show you the mockup and, if you agree in writing, in our portfolio.

7. No guarantees
Our website, the free mockup, and our messages are provided "as is." We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific business result. Information on the site is general and not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Schiano Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, the free mockup, our advertisements, or our messages. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question.

9. Third-party links and services
Our site and messages may link to third-party sites and services (for example, a booking calendar or a map). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

10. Changes to these Terms
